Why FOCUSED PM?
FOCUSED Property Management was founded as the solution to many of the failures and short comings of other property management companies.
After being in the property management business for 20 years that included personal protfolio, private companies, and publicly traded companies,
patterns (and their solutions) began to emerge.
Other PM companies have High PM costs, tenant placement fees, extra visitation costs, cost plus for materials and labour that significantly hurt the bottom line of owners. In addition, there often is a tug-a-war between tenant's needs for repair and maintenance and the owner's need to minimize expenses.
Vacancy and turnover are very costly to properties and almost always are more expensive than other solutions.
